If for any reason there is an issue with your garment we have a flexible returns policy so you can shop with us worry free!

If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable :)

In the case of manufacturing faults or incorrect items, we will gladly refund the method of payment used once the item has been returned. In this case the cost of returning the item will be borne by us.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale. Meaning we do not offer a refund or exchange for credit on these items. Sale items do no include items purchased with a special code or voucher.

In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  Items must be returned within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international.

2.  Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Attik reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return and we will arrange to send the items back to you.

3.  Must be a full-priced item.

4.  Write an email to letting us know your nameorder number​ and the reason for your return. please be as detailed as possible and include this information in your returns parcel along with your original invoice

NOTE: For hygienic reasons; cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or replacement.


Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when first trying on your new outfit. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.


All our returns are processed within 1-3 business days by our friendly staff. You will be contacted by our team as soon as the garment has been inspected.


It is recommended that you:

1. Use a traceable delivery method for all returns and

2. Insure your delivery for safe return to Attik so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.


Product Display

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors’ display of any colour will be completely accurate.


Due to the popularity of our range, we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request. Therefore, if an exchange is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available.

Credit Note

A Credit Note is the dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit has an expiry period of one year, and will appear as a payment option when you log in and check out with us. You must be logged in to use the Credit Note.
Credit notes can be used in conjunction with discount or promo codes.
